Engineering Visibility Score

Your assessment answers are used in your browser to calculate the report. The resulting score and report, together with the name and email address you enter, are stored in this browser so you can view the report on this device. When you request the report, your name, email address, calculated score, dimension scores, and report details are sent to the site API and by email to Thomas using Resend. The site does not send assessment answers, report data, names, or contact details to analytics. You can remove browser-stored results by clearing this site’s local storage. The assessment email is processed to provide the report you requested.

Analytics

Umami analytics is loaded only after you choose “Allow analytics.” It processes page titles and paths, visit time and referrer, browser and device details, language, screen size, and approximate location. Query strings and fragments are removed before page and referrer URLs are sent. Form values, assessment answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, and campaign identifiers are not sent.

Umami does not set tracking cookies. Its server uses the IP address for approximate geolocation and to form a pseudonymous session identifier; raw IP addresses are not stored in the analytics database. The Umami service and database are configured in Amsterdam, Netherlands, with Railway Corporation (USA) as hosting provider. Railway may also process IP addresses and browser details in technical logs. Analytics data remains in the self-hosted Umami instance until manually deleted. Your choice is stored in local storage for this subdomain only and can be changed using the Privacy settings control.

Hosting, delivery, and logs

Netlify hosts this website and processes technical connection data needed to serve and protect it. When you request an assessment report, the email service provider Resend processes the delivery information required to send the requested messages. Technical access logs do not include the submitted report payload by design.

Legal basis and retention

Information submitted to receive an assessment report or ask about coaching is processed to take steps you requested before a possible contract. Browser results remain until you clear local storage. Emails and correspondence are kept while needed to deliver the requested report, answer your enquiry, and meet applicable legal obligations; service-provider log retention follows the provider’s applicable terms.
